This matters if you are thinking about selling in the next 6 to 18 months.
What “less cushion” looks like for sellers
Fewer qualified buyers at your price point
More negotiation around inspections and repairs
More sensitivity to monthly payment, insurance, and taxes
More time on market if pricing is optimistic
The house did not change. The buyer math did.

(Keeler Family Realtors – November 2025 Market Insight)
If Concord is the pulse of New Hampshire, the Lakes Region is its deep, steady breath. It’s where weekends stretch into lifetimes, and the same people who once came for the view end up staying for the peace.
At Keeler Family Realtors, we know the path from Merrimack County northward isn’t just a drive — it’s a change in tempo. The closer you get to Lake Winnipesaukee, Squam, or Newfound, the more you understand why the region continues to outperform market predictions year after year.

If you’ve been watching rates, headlines, or just your neighbor's “For Sale” sign sit there for 73 days—you're probably wondering what the heck is going on with the housing market. Mortgage rates flirted with 7% earlier this year, then settled near 6.6%. Prices haven’t dropped dramatically, but buyer behavior has. Meanwhile, the Midwest is heating up (Toledo took the top spot?!), and New Hampshire is holding strong—with Manchester-Nashua ranking #2 in the country. So what does that mean for your property? Your buying power? Or your plans to make a move this year?
I broke down the real story in this spring market update—without the fluff. Read the Full Blog Here
